Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the company, the order is not shipped, then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.
The Order May Be Canceled By The Customer at Various Stages For Different Reasons:
1) Canceling Order Before Shipping: Any Order canceled before initiation of the shipment procedure will be processed with immediate effect. It will take a maximum of 5 to 7 days for ZenSpun to process the refund, and might take more days to reflect in your credit-card or bank-account, based on the internal processes of the bank.
2) Canceling Order after Shipping: The customer can communicate with the client-service executives of ZenSpun and cancel the order. This cancellation, however, will be considered a ‘product return’, and the refund will be processed after ZenSpun receives the product back from the customer. This processing will take a maximum of 7 to 14 days, and might take more days to reflect in your credit-card or bank-account, based on the internal processes of the bank.
3) Returning Product on Receipt: Customers can promptly return the product upon receipt. The deliverer will ship it back to us, and once we receive the product, your refund will be initiated. This processing will take a maximum of 5 to 7 days, and might take more days to reflect in your credit-card or bank-account,based on the internal processes of the bank.
WE STRONGLY URGE OUR CUSTOMERS, NOT TO ACCEPT THE PRODUCT(S) WHOSE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER.
4) Returning Product After Receipt: Please be informed that refunds for products returned after use are governed by our Return Policies. Upon successfully processing the request for return after checking for compliance with our Return Policies, the refund process will be initiated. For prepaid orders, it will take 7 to 14 days for the refund to get processed, and might take more days to reflect in your credit-card or bank-account, based on the internal processes of the bank.
In case of Cash-On-Delivery orders, the refund will be processed according to the request of the customer. The refunded amount will either be credited to the bank account, or issued to the customer as a cheque.
Please note that, for all refunds except for requests for cancellation before shipping, the shipping charges and tax will be deducted from the paid amount,and this may vary from product-to-product.
IN ALL THE ABOVE CASES, YOU MIGHT ALSO OPT FOR EXCLUSIVE ZENSPUN VOUCHERS* THAT CAN BE DEEMED AGAINST ANY PURCHASE MADE IN ZENSPUN.
